Ordering and prices
To order a product you will need to follow the procedure clearly explained on the order page. By clicking on the 'Proceed' button on the Order form you are consenting to our Terms and Conditions.
Prices listed are in United States Dollars ($) and are inclusive of Delivery costs. Prices do not include import taxes or other taxes payable on entry to your country. These costs are your responsibility.
Payment is usually by credit or debit card and is taken when the order is placed. This is to protect us from card fraud. Payments are processed either through WorldPay or PayPal.
Other payment methods are acceptable, such as Western Union , cheque or bank transfer. Cheques will be cleared before products are despatched. Please contact us to discuss your proposed method of payment. You will be responsible for any costs of transferring funds, and any additional costs that we incur to clear your payment.
Cost of delivery is included in our prices. Goods are shipped by airmail from our warehouse in Japan . Delivery normally takes between five and ten days however we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
Cancellations and returns
We offer a 60 day guarantee. You may return your products at any time within a 60 day period commencing on the date of receipt of your order. On receipt we will arrange for a refund of the costs paid, using a payment mechanism of our choice. We will not refund the cost of postage of the product to Japan .
If you return a product that is defective or damaged, we will replace the product and we will also refund the cost of postage in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the refund will be made in US $ at the current exchange rate. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of ordering and the time of issuing the refund.
